Creator Agreement — supplement to the Terms of Use

This Creator Agreement supplements Fabavio's Terms of Use for users who create and monetize content. It does not replace the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use control.

1. Ownership and license

You keep ownership of everything you post. The license you grant Fabavio — to host, distribute, transcode, create thumbnails and previews, review for safety, and promote the service — is described in section 4 of the Terms of Use, which applies in full.

2. Monetization economics are set by the platform

Revenue shares, eligibility thresholds, payout minimums and schedules, and country availability for tips, subscriptions, advertising, and paid content are set by Fabavio and published in your creator dashboard. They may change with at least 30 days' notice as described in section 9 of the Terms of Use. Current figures are shown in your dashboard — not in this document — so you always see the terms that actually apply to you.

3. Verification and payouts

Identity verification is required before your first payout (not before you start earning). You must provide accurate tax documentation (for example W-9 or W-8BEN) when requested. Payouts follow the schedule and minimums shown in your dashboard; balances below the minimum roll over. We may hold or review payouts connected to suspected fraud, violations, or chargebacks.

4. Your responsibilities as a creator

You are responsible for: the legality of everything you post; having the rights and consents needed (every person depicted must be an adult who consented to being recorded and published); moderating your livestream chats and comment sections; and complying with the Community Standards in the Terms of Use. You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Fabavio.

5. Enforcement

Violations may lead to content removal, demonetization, feature restrictions, account holds, suspension, or termination as described in sections 7–8 of the Terms of Use. You have the right to appeal enforcement actions as described there.
